Reignite creative confidence and skills for change
to unlock the creative potential in you, your learners, team or community
We're all born with creative potential
that spark—the confidence to imagine and the courage to try—is part of being human

But over time
our creative confidence fades
as we experience the expectations of
education, work and life
We start believing creativity is for
a special few
so we stop imagining and stop experimenting

But that's not true
creativity isn't a rare gift, it's a way of engaging
with the world which we can all return to
Collaboration reignites creativity
as we learn, reconnect with each other
and create new things together

It's a head, heart and hands journey
shifting how we think, feel and act,
so we can build something new
Together we'll reignite creative confidence
through hands-on collaborative learning experiences that reactivate creativity
and build practical skills for learning and change
Design thinking
Design thinking is a human-centred approach to solving complex challenges. It combines empathy, collaboration and action to generate ideas, test solutions, and design with (not just for) the people we aim to serve.

I facilitate design thinking with teams, learners and community groups (face to face and online), including:

-
immersive half- or full-day workshops to introduce the process or tackle real-world challenges

-
longer design journeys (2–6 months) using shorter sessions to apply the process to learning, work or wayfinding in life
Creative facilitation

Creative facilitation creates safe spaces that ignite new ways of listening, connecting, imagining, collaborating and creating—using serious play, visual thinking and experiential learning.

I co-design and facilitate sessions (face to face and online) tailored to your goals and context, including:

-
seriously playful team-building experiences to spark connection and co-creation

-
student journeys to ignite creativity for learning, work and wayfinding in life

-
workshops to build creative confidence in communities
Evaluation research

Evaluation helps us learn what works, for whom, and why—while also measuring impact. It amplifies the voices of diverse stakeholders to ensure initiatives are co-created, effective and sustainable.

I co-design and lead participatory evaluations and reviews, including:

-
interactive stakeholder consultations and mixed methods data generation

-
co-creation workshops to build shared ownership of findings and next steps

-
actionable recommendations to guide strategy, programme design and implementation
My story
Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I believe we all start with the creative confidence to explore, reimagine, and shape the world around us—but too often that spark gets dimmed. My work is about helping people reignite it.
I help people build creative confidence and skills for change—in education, organisations, and communities—so they can imagine new possibilities and take meaningful action. It’s a blend of creativity and rigour: design thinking and playful facilitation, combined with evaluation research, to understand what works to ignite learning, creativity, and change.
I’ve lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, collaborating with schools, universities, NGOs, and global organisations including UNICEF, UNESCO, Save the Children, Reuters and Anglo American. What jumps out from all these experiences is our shared human drive to connect, to learn, and to make a difference.
If you’d like to unlock creative confidence and skills for change—in you, your learners, your team or your community—I’d love to explore how we can work together.
